DWG Watch Group
Policies &
Purchasing
A luxury purchase should feel straightforward. These terms explain how DWG handles payment, inspection, delivery and after-sale concerns.
Payment
Wire transfer is preferred. Any alternate payment method must be discussed and approved before the transaction is accepted. A watch is not reserved until the agreed payment or deposit has been received.
Authentication & condition
Every watch is authenticated and inspected when received, then reviewed again before shipment. Condition, functionality and included accessories are confirmed for the individual watch before completion.
Shipping & delivery
Insured shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Timing, carrier, delivery requirements and any related charges are confirmed before payment.
Sales tax
Applicable sales or use tax may be collected based on the transaction, delivery destination and governing law. Any required tax is confirmed before payment.
Watch sourcing
Once a specific opportunity is identified, any applicable sourcing terms, availability, condition and final pricing are confirmed in writing before funds are accepted.
Final sale & claims
All sales are final unless a watch is grossly misstated in a material respect or applicable law requires otherwise. Any concern should be raised promptly after delivery with reasonable documentation. DWG may inspect the watch and confirm that it remains in the condition delivered before determining an appropriate remedy.
